Insurance Inspector (Johnstown-Altoona)

CIS Group is an industry leader insurance surveys. We are looking for independent contractors in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate should have one year of experience with residential home inspections.
Requirements:
1. Digital camera
2. Cell phone
3. High speed internet
4. Microsoft office
5. Mapping software or GPS
Duties:
1. Obtain digital photos of residential properties.
2. Determine conditions and hazards, photograph them and provide details about the hazard.
3. Determine home building construction material
Must be self motivated worker with basic computer skills and an understanding of the home inspection business. Must be prompt with communication via email or phone.
