Employees working on the project will be picking orders, ticketing items, etc. This individual will work on the projects, train incoming temporary employees, monitor quality of work, monitor productivity of employees, and maintain communication with management on all aspects of the projects. They will also communicate directly with HR department to communicate where additional needs are. The candidate for this lead position will be asked to evaluate performance. Employee may be asked to assist with supervisory duties in other parts of the facility. Individual will need to be self motivated, have excellent communication skills, have the ability to motivate others and be an exceptional problem solver.
