Are you experienced in overseeing several sales reps and keeping them motivated? Interested in a leadership position with potential for earning over $300k your first year and substantially more your second year? Regional Sales Director Sigma Trading Group, LLC (Sigma) is looking in various locations throughout the country for motivated professionals to serve as Regional Sales Directors. Regional Sales Directors are expected to identify and engage future sales team members (sales reps) who will create a professional and effective process that leads customers to join one of Sigma's membership plans. Directors are also able themselves to sell memberships. Sigma allows everyday investors the opportunity to gain access to sophisticated trading strategies similar to those employed by some of the world's most successful hedge funds. Sigma has two types of membership packages. A basic membership, which provides access to Sigma's Nasdaq strategy, and a premium membership, which provides access to the Nasdaq, Japan and Small Caps strategies. Sigma's investment signals have generated substantial returns over several years. These packages can either be purchased as part of a monthly membership, or a discounted annual membership. Sigma Trading Group has an entrepreneurial culture and provides Regional Sales Directors and the sales team members they oversee with the freedom of managing their own schedule, earning significant compensation, and the ability to reach their own personal and financial goals. Description: Regional Sales Directors are responsible for the execution of membership sales objectives and member retention. Directors may design and execute appropriate marketing programs to meet and exceed sales goals, define and integrate pertinent market research and information, and effectively enhance Sigma's reputation. Directors are responsible for developing significant relationships with members and other professionals that lead to a broader network of contacts and introductions of interested membership candidates, while upholding the highest standards of ethical behavior. Responsibilities: Obtain technical understanding of the membership packages. Develop sales team Generate sales leads and prospective new members. Provide support and encouragement to sales team towards achieving team goals and objectives. Represent Sigma in order to develop sources for prospective members. Prepare documentation necessary for approval of new members. Achieve sales goals and objectives. Generate sufficient prospect inventory to support the personal and team sales plan, and maintain prospective member information in accordance with company standards. Maintain member retention. Timely follow up with new members for the purpose of acquiring prospective member referrals. Interface with management regarding membership initiatives and solicit input and feedback which will aid in the enhancement of member usage and member satisfaction levels. Attend Director meetings and conference calls (by phone or video conference). Adhere to the highest standards of conduct and business ethics. Job Requirements: WORK EXPERIENCE: Any individual may apply, but priority will be given to those individuals with previous commission sales experience, a professional background and familiarity with membership sales. EDUCATION: Above all, applicants must be entrepreneurially minded and self starters. A degree in business, marketing, public relations or communications is a plus. CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: No licenses needed. Directors are encouraged to obtain a membership within 3 months. However, this is not required. Directors will automatically receive a membership after 10 active, commissioned sales. Compensation Given the sensitive nature of compensation, Sigma Trading Group will discuss compensation throughout the interview process rather than on the website. In general though, compensation is based upon a significant upfront commission with a residual incentive for each month the member remains a member. For instance, if Sigma were to pay ~$500 for each new member as an upfront commission and 20% of the monthly membership due, then a Director that found 10 new Premium members would receive $5,000 the first month and ~$400 each month thereafter. In this instance, a Director would make approximately $86,400 annually with only 10 new Premium Memberships per month. In addition, the Director would receive the residual income for as long as the members retain their membership. Further, the Director is free to either hire or contract individuals to form a sales team. As such, the Director would be at liberty to determine how those individuals are compensated. For instance, if the Director were to engage a team of 10 individuals to form a sales team and agreed to pay each team member ~$300 upfront commission and ten percent (10%) of all residual membership fees for each new membership sale by those in the sales team, the Director would receive approximately $306,000 in year one. If the Director also makes 10 sales per month, total compensation would be approximately $390,000 in year one. And compensation increases each year because of the residual, as long as members retain their membership.
