Our current clients are expanding and we are gaining new clients. We need contractors who have experience doing inspections, preservation, and REO work. We only hire those that can do all three. Work includes: taking pictures of addresses and determining occupancy status; preserving vacant properties going through the foreclosure process by maintaining within city code standards; and light rehabbing of REO properties to put them in marketable condition. Work such as winterizations, grass cutting, yard maintenance, replacing locks and otherwise securing the building and renovating the property and buildings as required by the bank. You must be licensed and bonded as a contractor to provide these services and have your own equipment such as; camera, vehicle, tools for light maintenance, lawn mowers, etc...
