Description: The Physical Therapist provides and directs Physical Therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Responsibilities: Ensures delivery of high quality patient care services. Performs direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological, and other physical problems. Ensures proper documentation of patient care. Maintains professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures as well as applicable regulations and corporate policies. Plans, designs, implements, and interprets specific physical therapy treatment programs for patients to facilitate the patient's recovery and attainment of maximum physical potential. Works closely with the physician to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care. Requirements: Completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist. Virginia PT license (or ability to obtain) Must have ability to work with all levels of management as well as front-line. Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Why Work For Us?
