There is no hourly pay for this position. How much you want to earn depends entirely on you. Required Skills: Must have great communication skills, great interpersonal skills; be tech-savvy, good knowledge of general marketing tactics, and knowledge of the benefits of a web presence. Background and Description: I am a graphic designer and web developer. I currently manage three individual government websites, and have recently been hired to run a fourth. I'd like to increase business. Your job is to bring in more clients and help drive sales and ensure growth of my site, www.shawnkauffman.com. I will likely hire more than one person for this position. You don't need to have marketing experience to apply. Duties: Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve sales revenue Drive the growth of sales by attaining a thorough understanding of our website services and the benefits they bring to our prospect's businesses Identify sites with poor design, organization, and performance and send e-mail or call up contact to market our website services Collect e-mail addresses of qualified prospects and send out sales letters Leverage social media, cold-calling, e-mail, yellow pages, etc. to find prospects Increase web traffic to www.shawnkauffman.com Plans: This COULD become a full-time position. The short-term plan is to hire somebody to help bring in more business for me.
