DEP permitting. Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Geology, Biology or related field. Advanced Degree preferred. Responsibilities of this Position : Prepare proposals and cost estimates for construction permitting projects. Manage All aspects of projects- client interactions, field studies, report preparation, Schedule and budget maintenance. Ensure quality of deliverables, promote staff Development and oversee sub-contractors performance, provide technical and Procedural guidelines for permitting projects. Assist with business development of Existing and new clients including identifying and responding to RFPs and RFQs. PE or PG with DEP Training in ESCGP-1 desired, experience with the Oil and Gas industry, working with local, state and federal agencies. Problem solving and general scientific evaluation skills, Project management, Business development and proposal development experience a MUST Specific Skills Required : position will focus on permitting construction projects For natural gas operators in the Marcellus Shale.
