The mission of our publications is to seek the truth in news without any political bias. We do not share political opinions within the company and we keep our focus on finding the truth. Additionally, we maintain a 'team-player' and family-like environment. Our sales team is self-motivated, driven and spirited. New Advertising Consultants will work with the Beverly Hills, CA office and all sales will be for the existing publications. Once your local publication launches, you will have the choice to switch to your local office, stay working at home, or transfer to the Beverly Hills area. We are currently recruiting entry level or management positions in ADVERTISING SALES in and around our new coverage areas. Each Rep will train with our existing publication (but from your home office in Altoona). Opportunities are endless and depend on your performance. You will have the opportunity to relocate, receive a business phone, medical and dental benefits, base salary and other perks such as cell phones and travel opportunities after you reach quota for 90 days. All reps start at the same level with the same opportunity for advancement regardless of past experience or education. Our formula has proven to be successful for all that apply it and always within 12 weeks. Your first 12 weeks is straight commission, most reps earn an average of $600 per week during this time. After the 12th week, most reps earn an average of $1,200. You also have the option to go on base salary after you have reached your quota after 60 days.
