We are looking for a great Administrative Assistant to work for a growing company and become part of their team for a Temp to Hire Opportunity.
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Responsibilities will include: Will be sitting up front and answering incoming phone calls. Administrative Assistant duties such as ordering office supplies and organizing the office. Administrative Support of the office. Will help supporting the office with travel arrangements. Help with presentations and meeting arrangements. Distribute mail, answer routine correspondence, screen telephone calls. Greeting suppliers/customers. Handling FedEx incoming and outgoing, plus all other mail. Ordering office and kitchen supplies. Point of Contact with property manager. Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Quickbooks is a PLUS! Education/Experience: Must have a High School Diploma, AA Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of related work experience.
