(Nationwide) 6 Jun 2011, 12:00 am Hiring part-time salespeople to work from home calling warm leads for 10-20 hours per week as an independent contractor! * We have both Salesperson and Caller positions available. The Salesperson position is for the more proactive callers who want to make more money and have the bonus structure in place. * The pay is $10/hour via PayPal paid monthly. * After the first 100 hours of calling, a bonus structure is added. * The majority of over 75% of calling is to warm leads who have made inquiries. * You will start at 5 hours per week and more hours are added based on performance. * Most work is weekdays during daytime hours. No weekend or evening work is required. * There is optional evening and weekend calling available. * You must have excellent English verbal and written skills * You must have previous outbound sales calling experience * Job is part-time working from home. * The work is outbound calling only. There is no inbound calling work * You must have good database skills to use our online database * You must have very good typing skills so your typing of database notes does not slow down your call performance. * Some of the calling is business-business when you are calling our real estate agent leads to offer our part-time virtual assistant services. * Some of the calling is business-consumer when you are calling consumers who completed website inquiry forms for information on buying or selling a house with our real estate agent clients. * If you apply and get hired but you are not a fit for the requirements listed on this page, you will not be given any work, so if you are not a fit, do not apply.
