We are looking for a stable, long term candidate with knowledgeable experience as a tower climber, tower tech, Foreman or top hand. We want to bring on a good candidate that we can groom and eventually raise through the ranks to a more supervisory role with higher responsibility. We are seeking candidates for immediate employment. The ideal candidate will be energetic and hands-on as well as responsible, mature and organized. Candidates must have no less than two years of tower technology experience including climbing towers and safety training in the wireless cell industry. Safety and quality will be expected of our newest employees. Frequent overnight travel as well as working overtime is required. Wages and benefits are very competitive Location: Western PA Salary: $15-$18/hour (depending upon certifications and experience) Foreman: $22-$23/hr Job Type: Full-Time, direct hire Start Date: ASAP- 1 week (As soon as candidate passes background and drug test) Benefits package: yes Requirements: § Climbing involved, but not on a consistent basis § Ability to lift 75 lbs on a regular basis § Ability to work outside in all elements; including but not limited to snow, rain and extreme temperatures. § Desire to work in a team environment § Ability to maintain a safe work environment § Ability to arrive at work on time and prepared for the day § Ability to perform a variety of labor intensive tasks § Reliable § Desires long-term employment ****Must have the following certifications: OSHA 10 or 30, RF AWARENESS, FIRST AID/CPR, COMTRAIN, AND A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. We are seeking long-term candidates for a steady job that are interested in furthering their skills in the wireless industry and are open for advancement.
