Provide phone assessment and consultation with employees and supervisors. Identify, develop and maintain relationships with resources. Provide trainings on-site at contracted companies. Job Requirements: EAP experience or a strong clinical background in substance abuse and mental health counseling. Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills required for relating to customers at contracted companies. Must be organized and have ability to multi-task and transition easily from different job functions. Flexibility and ability to work independently and as a team member.
