Washes and cleans dishes, pot ware, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment. Cleans kitchen areas, removes & sorts trash, compost and recycling, sorts and stores dishes, glassware, pot ware, and silverware. Operates dish machines and trash compactor. Must be able to work in warm, moist area, lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods of time. Assist culinary department in plating up and banquet servers in setting up banquet functions. Maybe cross-trained as cafeteria attendant. Work hours are various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must possess good communication skills, be outgoing, and give top priority to customer satisfaction.
