Type documents and proofread for accuracy, like letters, reports and manuals. Data entry of progress into appropriate web based application and use several programs to input contract information. Prepare and monitor staff calendars. Provide meeting and conference services by making arrangements by phone or e-mail, arranging for equipment, take notes during meetings, help prepare and dismantle set-ups.
Manage incoming and outgoing phones. Greet visitors. Use a copier, scanner, fax, etc. Verify that incoming mail is correctly addressed and distribute same. Outgoing mail will be correctly addressed and sent daily. Process faxes. Monitor office supplies and prepare an order list for requistions.Provide electronic and manual file management, including sorting, arranging and coding of documents. Maintain office bulletin boards.

Experience in contracting a plus. Military experience a plus. Must be good with Word and Excel for documents. Two year contracting assignment.

  • Compensation: $15.48 per hour, free family health ins., access to 401k, all govt holidays paid
